and I CALLED the bank to verify if this was my money or not. They stated that is was not mine - the accidentally put another person's deposit into my account. I did the responsible thing and double checked before I spent money that was not mine. You did not.
This is your fault not the banks.

Let me see if I understand your confusing report. The bank made a mistake and accidentally deposited someone else's money to your account. You spent it and now the bank wants it back. Is this correct?
If this is correct, then the bank is within their rights.

From what I can make out. It's not my fault the stupid bank put $2000 into my account by accident. I shouldn't have to pay it back. I didn't do anything wrong. I can't help it if my account had $2000 more in it then it was suppose to have and I spent it. IT'S NOT FAIR. Stupid bank ripping people off, stealing their hard earned $2000.
