this bank take out of my account over $600 dll and claiming for $1470 more  and miss Betsy Tijerina at identified her self over the phone as a teller from the north shore location of the bank and told me that 40 days before (march 5 2012) she said that by mistake she deposit $2000 on my account  of another account holder and on April 13 2012  she just find out  that she claim to deposited  to my account something very questionable and she claim to be confusing  by the name  the ,SS,the adress, the birthday, and the account number, ( while the slogan over the phone they preach to called at you by name ) so lame, i make 2 phone calls to find clear things up and get worse they where acting like i did something wrong, because i was no able to say (yes) to they assuming claims, when i was writing checks and making deposits of on the same amounts a least 3 times every week's and some of the checks the people take up to 2 weeks before they cash or a least the bank present the check to my account fund's at this point last week i sold my 18 wheeler and i turn all fuel receives and expenses including  my last bank statements to the people that do my tax reports, and also i don't feel is rigth that i have to go to hassle to find out if they really did the mistake or not, and also to be dealing with the harassment form the bank that after that they got me with over $600dll that was in my account after i sell my 18 wheeler and thank God that the money i get for the truck i don't deposited  on that account and i put it at another bank account with another bank and say thank God because if deposited there the mistake of miss Betsy T, will come out $12000 dll mistake but at the moment they  got me with over $600 dll and they want more for the mistake they said they did with pride  and targeting my account  my concerns is the follow if you got you money on this bank are you sure all you deposits when to you account? are you sure that the bank is handling the money in a responsible manner?  are they really  insured by the FDIC  ? are they bridging  customer right's by collecting the money from my account with out and appropriate investigation  that can be fair in front of a judge or the right government agency ? and what are the procedures when someone money is missing ( 40 days on finance is a long time to find out a mistake of 2000 dollar's  and the big question how i can be sure the deposits i did on the last 3 years they all where to my account, i feel  the bank rip me off with over $600 and want $1470 more  and also feel rip off because i don't believe my money was secure and well handle at this banks  and i fell rip off because they take the money just because they got it and they don t have respect for law limitations and bridge customer rights

and I CALLED the bank to verify if this was my money or not.  They stated that is was not mine - the accidentally put another person's deposit into my account.  I did the responsible thing and double checked before I spent money that was not mine.  You did not.

This is your fault not the banks.

Confusing?

Let me see if I understand your confusing report.  The bank made a mistake and accidentally deposited someone else's money to your account.  You spent it and now the bank wants it back.  Is this correct?

If this is correct, then the bank is within their rights.

From what I can make out. It's not my fault the stupid bank put $2000 into my account by accident. I shouldn't have to pay it back. I didn't do anything wrong. I can't help it if my account had $2000 more in it then it was suppose to have and I spent it. IT'S NOT FAIR. Stupid bank ripping people off, stealing their hard earned $2000.
