I just had a experiance with another company like Como Law firm which I opened the door of having that company sued by the Mn State Attorney. All i Know is that the FTC & Mn state attorney will hear what you have to say.
They know the're debt collectors that are not being fair & are using ill-legal practices. I wish i knew before i made a payment to como law firm. Im still gonna report them. The Attorney General can investigate & dig deep to see how they do business.
Como Law Firm Knows that people are un-educated about collections. It worked on me. They sent me a court summons not register with the court. I got scared. They also were collecting on a bill that reached the statue of limitations (six years) in MN. Then how they spoke to me rudely & demanding or else tactics.
Now i cant even get them to call me back about remaining balance or re-send documentations. BEST OF lucK!
