Complete Video - Jeff Blankenship Is A Scamming Con Artist Complete Video Is The Worst Wedding Videographer EVER!!! Left Early, yelled at my mother, ruined my wedding, avoided service for lawsuit, lied lied lied! Lodi Wisconsin
Jeff Blankenship is the biggest ripoff Videoer of them all! It has been four years now and I am still waiting for my refund for the deplorable video garbage he and his total ripoff company Complete Video which most certainly did not complete ours! I ran out of money attempting to sue this sickeningly hateful person and his fake company. I paid for the complaint and paid 4 times to have him served and each time, his fake partner (there is no partner) dodged the service by the sheriff. Jeff Blankenship knows how to scam the system. He must be sued often. Meanwhile he has now moved from his mother's stinky basement with litter boxes to his new location on the backs of stolen money from all those other clients trying to sue him for bad service and product. I cannot believe it! He is actually making money, finding suckers who dont know about the BBB which did nothing for us, Ripoff Report, which hopefully will, and other consumer protection agencies. I just hope this man is finally run out of business and gets what is coming to him. I hope that this report from the Ripoff Report website is seen by people considering his business BEFORE they sign his ridiculous contract. I pity anyone getting married in Lodi or Madison who does not do the research. Jeff Blankenship counts on there being no regulation or reporting of his unbelievably bad attitude at weddings -ONCE HE IS PAID- he forces you to pay ahead of time so he can eat your appetizers in the hallway while you go looking for him to cover cutting the cake. The photographer from a different company even told us to sue him right at our reception. Even he spoke up at Jeff's disgusting behavior. How sad. My mother was in tears because she went to find Jeff and he was out of the room again at the reception, this time chatting with another videographer from a different wedding going on at the same time. He yelled at her because it was "his break." His break? We fed him! There was no break or scheduled down time. He just wanted a cigarette or candy bar or whatever. He is a liar. And the video itself looked horrible. My husband and I were hoping it would at least look OK after the fiasco that was Complete Video, but he was in the balcony zoomed in and the camera kept sliding off us as we said our vows. His little camera on the first floor was in the shot of the balcony camera. I found out later that our priest told him he could have both cameras on the first floor but he CHOSE to have the worst wobbly shot of us because it is easy up in the balcony. The camera work was shakey, the sound had a buzz in it, he cut out everything we told him to leave in, and did not bother to put in the interviews he did not want to do! We had to force him to do the interviews at our reception because he tried to get out of it. then, he did not even PUT THEM IN THE VIDEO!!!! I never got my other DVDs never saw my raw footage, and he knew that we would never find him or run out of steam trying. I had never heard of this website until today, and now I am filing this to warn people: STAY AWAY FROM COMPLETE VIDEO AND JEFF BLANKENSHIP!

Jeff Blankenship has taken the photos for my band concerts for the past two years. He not only conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, but his photos were absolutely beautiful.
Jeff showed up for each event on time and worked continuously throughout the event. He and his partner took photos of every aspect of the event, using creativity and a very artistic eye. They were unobtrusive and polite, before, during and after the concert. They photographed almost every individual in our rather large community band, capturing each person's personality.
I have worked with a number of photographers over the years for many different kinds of events and have never found one I enjoyed working with as much as Jeff, nor one who's photography impressed me as much.
I have also seen a number of the videos he has put together for other events and found those just as compelling.
When I have another event I need photographed or captured on video, I absolutely will be hiring Jeff Blankenship again.

I have known Jeff Blankenship to be a totally professional, honest, and really decent person who cares greatly about the quality of work he does.......These negative reports are clearly fabrications wriiten by someone who is out to hurt Jeff.....He has done many projects for our family and they have all been beautiful works showing a great deal of artistry and hard work.....He has also done commercial projects for people I know....They have all been very satisfied with Jeff's work and I'm sure would be willing to provide references to any concerned party...For someone to write negative reports with the intention of hurting another's reputation is a very serious matter.....I do understand that this type of thing is done from time to time by people with a vengence.....I can't understand why anyone would want to hurt Jeff....He's just too nice a guy.......If you are reluctant to do business with Jeff, I'd suggest you check out his personal references.....Don't take the word of someone who is impossible to reach and cannot backup the trashy stuff they right on a site like this....Call me anytime.........Rick Kludt (((ROR redacted)))

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Jeff for years and he has always served above and beyond the call of duty. His work top notch and tastefully done and has never not been able to fulfill a request.
I find him to be a joy in business, in life, and as a friend. Everyone should be lucky enough to have him work on a project when they need something done perfectly!!

I've done business with Complete Video for about ten years. Never have there been any inkling of the types of chicanery that are alleged here. Id be hard pressed to believe Complete Video capable of this.
My experience has always been exactly the opposite. Complete Video, and specifically Jeff, has always completed projects as agreed, and I havent a single complaint about this service.

I am the owner of Complete Video and would like you to know that the above story is a complete fabrication.
I never performed any video work for Angie in Arlington Heights, and have never heard of her. It is a shame that websites such as this can be abused in such a manner. While I applaud freedom of speech, this abuse is unsettling.
If these events actually took place, and the person was as upset as this person says, I would expect that there would be complaints to the BBB or Consumer Protection Agency, or a small claims suit. I respectfully ask that you check these sources for such a complaint. I assure you, that you will find none.
I have nothing to hide, and if you contact me directly, I am happy to provide you with legitimate references and information about my services. I appreciate that you are doing research to ensure that you get the best service possible, so it is my hope that will continue that research to learn the truth.
