Compu-Savers offered me 2 complete AMD computer systems less monitors for 440.00 each. When systems arrived I was contacted by William P. O'Leary and his last name should have been a clue. He contacts me and tells me I owe him another 700.00 and he wants the money right now and threatens my company with reports to all kinds of agencies. It cost me 110.00 to have computers shipped to me and then when we had to return computers I had to pay another 50.00.

How do I get my Money for the shipping back? It's not going to happen.

The person making this complaint asked initially for 5 systems which I was more than happy to sell him at a "bulk rate" price, but when I made that offer he declined it. 3 months later he contacted me saying eh only needed 2 systems and I told him that the price was going to be different since 2 systems is not a "bulk rate" purchase. Since this person was a friend I went ahead and ordered the systems prior to getting any payment from him for them, and that was my big mistake. When he got the systems he called me saying that he was only going to pay the initial quote for the "bulk rate" sale and not what the 2 sysyem price was. I informed him that I was not going to take a $35 profit in the systems )that is a total $35 profit on the sale) and that the price for 1 of those systems was $740 and that included shipping and handling. This person then threatened to mess wiht my credit in his capacity as a collections agent in Seattle Washington. It was at that time I contacted the local police here in San Antonio, the local police in Seattle Washington, and the Federal Trade Commission. since his threat to mess wiht my credit through his place of employment. I also contacted my attorney who informed me of the proper Federal agencies to contact over this matter. I told this person that they needed to return the systems if they were not going to pay for them, and it took nearly 2 weeks and several calls to this persons place of employment by my attorney to get the systems returned. I did not threaten this person until such time as he threatened to mess with my credit and my business through his place of employment, and I gave him the price for the systems but eh was unwilling to pay for them.
