Computer Center It Ripped me off!!!! Havre Montana
I purchased some (2) wireless PCI adapters to put into a computer and when I opened the computer I noticed that there were no PCI adapters just AGP adapters inside.
But I had opened the box to read the directions to install the software, etc into the computer.
When I noticed that I wouldn't even been able to put the adapters into the computer I put them back into the box. I never once took it out of the static protection cover it was in.
I only opened the box to read the direction booklet that was inside.
I took the wireless adapters back to the Havre Holdiay Village Mall in Havre, Montana to the Computer Center and asked for a refund because the adapters would not work in the computers I was going to install them in.
And they refused to give me an refund just because I had opened the box.. Well duh I had to open the box to read the directions.
And while talking to them they stated well you can always bring your computer in and we will just charge you an additional $30.00 to put them in and make them work into the computer and I stated why would I do that when I was ripped off the first time just because I opened the box.. SO I now Have 2 TrendNet wireless PCI adapers brand new never used... And I don't know what to do with them and I paid $26.00 a piece for them.
