I need your help and I hope you can help me.Me and my husband leased this property (((ROR removed because of security purposes))) on December 29,2006 and we put down $2800.00 and $1400.00 for 1st months rent. Now this property has been listed on Realtor.com and Ebby.com for a possible pre-foreclosure and is selling the property for $190,000.00. I researched this and the property has been listed since May 1,2007 and I did not receive a formal notice of this until July 16,2007. The letter was dated July 13,2007 stated that they had put the property up for sale. When I contacted the property Manager (Sharon Middlebrooks) she stated that all she knew that the property was up for sale and when I asked her was the property in pre-foreclosure all she said was (probably) and that's it. I asked her what was they doing with $1400.00 a month that I was paying them (on time) she stated that all she did was cash the money orders and releases the money to the owner. And Sharon Middlebrooks also stated that she was advised by the owner to give 30 day to vacate on August 1,2007 (my lease is not up until November 30,2007) and it not just my property it 2 other properties in this sub-division as well with the same Property Mangement Company. We really need you help I think that we have been scammed and I want to get to the bottom of this matter. The other properties or 934 Barrymore Lane and 1103 Bogart Circle. And I received a letter to vacate the premises by the end of the month. And she does not want to give me my $2800.00 until I vacate the premises. All of them or in on this scam and I need this to be uncovered the house is not worth $190,000 it is not more than $160,000.
