Dealing with Shawn Partain is way too hard, frustrating and way too exhausting. I have been dealing with him for 11 months since August 2017 and the fence job is still not complete. He makes a million promises and offers another million excuses to no avail. He swore to me that if I gave him a a second payment that he would complete the job. I gave him the the second payment on 4/6/18 and he has not completed the job. He is a scam artist. I received a violation from the city because he did a poor job of hauling off the old fence. I need my money refunded asap.
