 First off, this service never tells you of any hiddens fees, and there are many. I asked them on several occasions how much each call is, if Im being charged by the minute or by call, and how many minutes I get for each call. Each time I got completely different answers. Secondly, I've been having issues with my calls being dropped at exactly 8 minutes! The calls are suppose to be 15minutes long and the cost of each 15minute call is a TOTAL of $3.50 with tax, not to mention the $7.50 they charge as a service fee when you up money on your account. I've made several reports on these 8minutes calls where it was submitted to an "investigation team". They got back to me saying there there was NO system error indicated, thus no credit was given back to me and still the problem exists. I know that it isn't my phone service because none of my calls drop when I'm on the phone with anyone else. This only happens when I'm using their service. I've had them reset my account 3times and I still have this issue. I have every reason to believe these people are purposefully ending my calls at 8minutes or their system is flawed and they are doing absolutely nothing to correct it nor do they care to.
