Connected Wireless Horrible company to work for or buy cell phones from! Taylorsville Utah
This company is run by a drunken idiot named John Speer in Washington who encourages his employees to cheat steal and basically rob from customers. During Black-Friday the company offered 50% off all accessories so the owner of the company demanded that all the Store Manager mark up their accessory prices by 50% so the company wouldn't lose money! In addition Connected Wireless makes their customers sign a secondary agreement which states if a customer cancels service with Sprint, Connected Wireless will charge them a $300.00 cancelation fee in addition to the $200.00 fee that Sprint charges! As a Store Manager I regularly see the District Manager John Speer abuse his employees, insult customers all while stinking of booze and hung over. The company inventory is ran by a 23 year old girl named Erin who isn't qualified to flip burgers at McDonalds yet will scream at anyone who doesn't do things the way she thinks they should be done. The company is a mess, the owner has been trying to sell the company for years and with any luck the whole place will be shut down soon. RIP.
