An unauthorized charge to my AT&T phonebill by Connection Backup Service,LLC was posted to my account. Upon investigation with the phone representatives...they stated that on March 9, 20011 my son had verified this service. I informed the company that my son was deceased on Dec.19,2009. I requested and was denied to speak to anyone that could assist in this matter. I directed to a no-name FAX number or an email. There was no accountability on their end. I requested the charge be removed and investigation as to WHO verifies these requests. I had to inform AT&T and pending payment suspended upon further investiagtion
