I bought a camcorder a year ago with 2 years warranty. The camcorder never work properly and spend more time in the repair center than in my house. Every time is in repair I have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for parts and they never call me to let me know that camcorder is ready I have to call them wait for a customer service for more than 20 minutes and they are very rude. This is the third time that I took it to repair so they can put more band-aids and it's been almost 4 weeks and I still waiting.

I called several times and they kept telling me that they still waiting for a part. I asked to talked to a manager and they left messages and never return my calls. I waited today for 54 minutes for a manager and she he never pick up the phone, so I called to make a complaint directly to the Company. I made my complaint and they get me a conference call with a CSR in the repair center and she stated that they try to get a credit but the Samsung Company refuse and they try to put another part but the camcorder is not working and they are going to requested another credit that according to the CSR, Samsung needs to approve it. I bough the warranty to Conn's not to Samsung Company, so Conn's needs to be responsible.

And now I have to keep waiting for a phone call from Conn's maybe another 4 weeks an I will probably going to have to call them. What kind of Rip-off is this? I bought a camcorder to record my family b-days, vacations, holidays and I wasn't able to have a memories due to their lack of professionalism and respect to a consumer. But they did took my money very enthusiastic!
