Cons Call Home/Millicorp BEWARE!!!!! Internet
BEWARE!!! Cons call home AKA Millicorp is a fraudaulent company that preys on people that have loved ones incarcerated. After signing up with the company I was told that I had to wait for them to order a number, after the number was finally ordered (3 days later), it did not work. I was then told that I had to wait 24 hours before the number could work...after the 24 hours were up, the number STILL DID NOT WORK!! I was told by the customer service rep that it was not their fault, but the fault of the correctional institute. When asked for a refund, they told me it would take 5-7 weeks. I advise everyone to file a complaint with the FTC as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center. They must be stopped!! They are quick to take your money knowing they can not provide the service they say they can.
