Conseco Or Green Tree ripoff artists dishonest money making scums Saint Paul Minnesota
It started in 2000. Green tree then said we miss 1 payment. Ok I may have I don't remember so i paid it. Then my husband got layoff we tryed to make all the payment but it was hard. So we filed chapter 13 bankruptcy. We got all that paid. And my husband went back to work. I didn't keep good records. So Conseco at this time said we missed about 6 payments at different times. So we got a lawyer.
We filed Chapter 13 again and that is where we are now. Green Tree now is said we haven paid in 16 months. The lawyer said to pay them with money orders and mail them by certified mail. So I do that. We have spent with trailer,Ins., and certified mail each month it comes to $586.52. Green Tree said we are in Default. Yes I did miss Junes payment. That is the only one.
We are all paid up now. Oct. payment got paid early. My husband had to go to the bank and get copys and fax them to the lawyer. That cast us another $100 for all the paper work of copys of money orders (front and back). The lawyer said give him time but I think time is running out. If anyone knows Green Tree e-mail please let me know. Update later. Thank You
