As of July 8, 2005, Conseco/Green Tree Servicing, LLC is bring changes on me for perjury because I exposed the truth about how Green Tree Servicing, LLC was doing me. I was evicted on August 17, 2004, at 10:07 p.m. from my home of thirty-three years. Since then I have been fighting trying to get my house back until now.

As of today, Nottoway County is trying to bring perjury charges on me because I have proof that Conseco/Green Tree do not own my home. Judge Thomas Warren ordered on December 21, 2004, a hand written expert to test my handwritting. The judge never let me explain why I say no as to signing a Deed of Trust. I wrote a letter explaining why I say no I did not sign it two weeks before the handwriting expert tested my handwriting. The person they hired, used to work for Nottoway Sheriff Depaetment and a native of Nottoway County, which his name was A.J. Spencer. After I did the hand writing test, they never contact me on the results, until I have to contact them about the results. When I found out what they were trying to do, which is they were trying to black-mail me so I can drop my lawsuit, I was upset and angry. They have test my handwritting, but never test my sister's handwritting that was also on the Deed of Trust.

Not only that, Nottoway Circuit Court is mad because Judge Thomas Warren signed an illegal eviction, in Conseco's name to get me out of my home. Not only that they went against a Liz Penden. The Liz Penden were suppose to protect my family heirlooms of 33 years, which they damaged my property.

As of today, they bought bongus charges on me because they cannot face the fact that I was telling the truth. I need your help, please some camera explosure, so I can really get the truth out because the world need to know that this company has been etting away with murder.

Believe me, I am not going to give up my lawsuit because I know that I am telling the truth about what has happen to me. If I am arrested between tommorrow or Monday, I am still not going to give up because I will not rest until Conseco/Green Tree Servicing, LLC be put in jail for what they have done to me. Trying to seperate me from my eight year old daughter because they have did something wrong.

I will keep you inform and please help me get some explosure because the world need to know about how Nottoway County run their jurisdiction. Furthermore, if I have to go to jail, it will be standing my ground and I will continue to fight, so companies like Conseco/Green Tree Servicing, LLC will not get away with. If I cannot break any laws, why should they.

Pray for me please. Nottoway has a hatered bound when people fight for their rights, especially when they know in a matter of time, they will be caught. Please be aware what companies can do when they are caught.

"Tom" I got your message today, Please check the two previous report that I have made about Conseco "aka" Green Tree with Rip-off report.com, before I made this last report. First of all, Conseco did me dirty. Whether or not if I did missed a payment,it didn't give them a right to break any laws to steal my home. When you see the two previous reports I made before the last one, you will get a general understanding as to why Nottoway, Virginia is doing this dirt to me. After all, Nottoway County signed an illegal eviction, in which Conseco was no longer operating in the U.S. Conseco put me through four foreclosures, which they never show up for. The Deed of Trust that the third party (Specialized Inc. of Virginia) has claimed that me and my sister signed it over to them, which the signatures were photo-copyed. You are intitled to your opinion; however, like I said I am not going to let no one tell me any different. With the help of God, I will come out winning either way. My story begins with the two previous reports that I sent to rip-off report.com. It is there please look them up. Why not start at the beginning and tell us exactly what happened? First of all I am sorry you are losing your property; that would make me angry too. It seems your property was jointly owned by at least yourself and your sister (and possibly other third parties). Why were you evicted from a property you owned? This doesn't make sense, unless you failed to pay your mortgage, in which case the mortgage lender is well within their rights to serve eviction and take back the property. The entire 'deed' thing went right over my head. What kind of deed are we talking about? Sounds like a quitclaim deed between you and your sister. Why wouldn't you sign it? Not enough information. A lis pendens doesn't protect the stuff you have in the house, only real property (house and land). The stuff in your house is chattel (things you can move around that aren't attached to real property). Show us proof that Conseco doesn't own your home. Whose name(s) are on the deed? While we're at it it is also implied that you have already been to court for something, maybe possibly unrelated to the immediate issue at hand; and were found in contempt for perjury. And maybe forgery the whole 'handwriting analysis thing is just plain bizarre. You cannot go to jail for defaulting on a mortgage. There are no more 'debtor's prisons' in the United States. You CAN go to jail for forgery and obstruction of justice. Perjury usually gets you a fine. There's a whole lot that isn't being said here in your report, and what you do say doesn't make much sense. It is obvious you got some very (and I do mean very) bad legal advice.
