Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
July 2008 we was visiting Los Vegas NV. When we were ask to take and 90 minute presentation on buying a time share, in exchange we where to received two free ticket to two shows of our choice each. We went to the 90 minute presentation and then we were taken to an office to receive our tickets and held by force to listen to and very high pressure sales pitch. In which they refuse to take no for an answer. We told them no many time, and inform them that my wife Bienvenida had an ulcer of the stomach and had to eat. They send in sandwiches to us but would NOT let her eat. When I ask for the door to be open so for we may leave we were refused. and the SALESMAN MADE SURE THAT THE door was lock so we could not leave ,and the only way out was to sign their documents which I did. I return the cancellations document on the 5th day as stated in the paperwork. But I did not send it register mail as they wanted. I missed that part. I had contacted the A.G. Office and was told to contact you. I believe I and my wife was held unlawful in order to get us to sign and buy their timeshare Please help me here and yes I did make an mistake I sign their letter and dated it 6/11/08 instead 7/11/08 also

Not only did the sales people use common sleezy high pressure sales tactics; they became rude and insulting towards me personally when I stood my ground. they will try to turn a couple against each other in order to get their sale believe me, getting that sale is all they care about Important material facts went undisclosed and were blatant lies. We were told that we could split the week into a 3 and 4 nights' accommodations at the presentation, but when we tried to book it, the Tahiti Village reservations agent told us that this information was incorrect.

We are now getting 5 to 45 phone call a day from their collection dept. they have reported us 140 days late to the credit reporting companies. I am here for the long haul.
