does not even pick up his phone to talk to you after hundreds of trys and hundreds of faxes to his office!!!!!!!!!!!

Rob from SRA billed this project 6 months after it was closed out...I have a secretary in office...to answer all calls....Rob does not answer his calls he took on this small project for us and bid on this one this project was over 15k and he was paid. He sent this bill so far down the line. I called many times begging for his bill...Rob would tell us his guys were on the way and never show or call...
