Consumer Capital Services ripoff stole my money Chicago Illinois
I received a phone call from a man, stating that if I paid 279.00 up front, I would receive 2 credit cards. These credit cards were not going to have any fees attached and would not be secured. This would help rebuild my credit. One card was going to $1500 & the other was going to be $2500.
