I mistakenly stumbled across this website when I was searching for a site to complete pre-bankruptcy counselling and must have entered my information. I received a phone call within 5 minutes from "Greg Bohl" who talked to me and explained in a 10 minute conversation more about what I thought was correct about filing bankruptcy and agreed to use his services.

I told him I had to wait until I got paid and that of course was no problem. He told me turn around time was only 2-3 days after they received my bankruptcy questionairre. So Friday came and I sent him the information for my $195, which was withdrawn from my account within 3 days and proceeded to wait for my documents. Well, 3 weeks later and many unanswered emails (I have them all saved) and attempted phone calls later I still did not have my documents.

My emails became progressively more anxious and I finally received an email from "customer service" that Mr. Bohl had been out sick and would be in over the weekend to complete my documents. The following week of course I still had nothing. I emailed several more times and received another "customer service" that my documents were done and would be available the next day. Of Course they weren't and now there is no answer to my emails, calls, etc.

I filed a compaint with the Florida BBB and sent an email to CCS of America that I did so, and the next email I get says they will refund my $195. The following is copied from the email.

Dear Ms.:

We will refund your $195. Refunds are processed by our bank and are sent via U.S. Mail. Your refund should arrive within 5-7 business days.

Very truly yours,

Customer Service

This was on July 21, 2006. Guess what? No refund. So now I reverted to sending multiple emails a day and now M. Bohl is not accepting them from my address! Well, I made a new mail account on Yahoo and emailed him under an alias and GUESS WHAT!!?? He emailed me back in about 5 minutes!!! Then I told him who I really was and he blocked that address, too. So now here I am, another victim of his scam!
