I contacted ConsumerCredit Services of America hoping to be able to obtain the papers needed to file bankruptcy myself. I am a divorced mother of three who receives no child support and I do work 40-45 hours a week at $10 an hour with no benefits, and I do not receive any welfare.

The company e-mailed me thanking me for my interest, gave me the name and phone number of a case coordinator by the name of Greg S. Bohl, a contact number 1-800-937-4130 and e-mail contact of [email protected]. I did save all my e-mail contacts with this person.

In December of 2005 I spoke to Mr. Bohl over the phone, my cell, I was at work and do have the record of this also. I gave him all necessary information to start the petition process, and gave him the information needed to pay for the service. In which it was debited from my checking account and I also have proof of this transaction. It was $195.

Since that conversation, and the debit from my account, I have not spoke to Mr. Bohl again. I e-mailed several times with no response. Finally someone from the company e-mailed me back saying Mr. Bohl was out on medical leave, they would go over my case, get the papers completed and I would have the package in the mail by Monday. Ha-I haven't received a thing. I have reported them to the BBB but got no response, I have asked for a refund several times but no one will return any phone calls or e-mails.

I have since filed, have no need for their services and only want my $195. back.

If anyone can help please let me know!! Thank You
