im from california and about a month ago i purchased an extended warranty thru fidelity automotive solutions and the product i got was from consumer direct warranty services. i paid $395 down and am paying $127.78 for a total of $2695. so i was told by rob @ fidelity that my warranty would be activated after 30 and 1000 miles.
so i waited and took my car in to the dealer for a diagnostic. the dealer then tried to file a claim online @ www.beginaclaim.com he then called me saying my claim was denied. i was thinking to myself thats impossible cuz the cooling fan is a covered part under the warranty i purchase plan called secure choice.
i then started doin some research online i found this site with a bunch of complaints just like mine. this company is very clever in minupulating people into buying false products. can anyone help me in gettin my money back ... im lost!

I purchased the warranty for my Honda 2000 van on 2010 , all this time i never had any problem with my car, and when my car start jerking and shifting i took it to a Honda service , they said it need a new transmission , per CDWS policy transmisiion is covered along with all internal componenets that needs lubricants , any way i was lucky enough to get hold of the guy who works at the company who sold me the warranty kept calling him and talking to him but he didnt provide me with their phone number , he said he is the only one who can contact them. the guy called me back and said that transmission needs to be opened to know what is wrong with the transmission. since honda dont open transmissions, i had to take my van to a different mechanich who confirmed it's a transmission issue. therefore i took it to a transmission specialist, who went along and open the transmisiion for me and verifyed the problem which is the clutch broken , all clutches needs lubricant to function that means it should be covered
the guy kept dragging me by saying i will submit the claim to them blablabla but i cant make the decision for them. Now my car is open , mechanic waiting for THEIR INSPECTOR to come and still they havent respond back . I called this morning and spoke to steve the guy who is in direct contact with them put a lot of pressure on him , he end up saying if they dont answer by today i will talk to my upper management to provide you with a help but you have to know that it is coming from my company which is ( Endurance Warranty) that sold me this extended warranty. i am still waiting and will try in a little bit since he told me that consumer direct opens at 9 and that they still provide service eventhough that state of californiainformed them not to. I know it is a scam and they wont pay but i am not giving up i will keep fighting till the end. and see what is going to happened.

CDWS is a known company that does not pay anything. If you look into their information on the coverage and exclusion, nothing is covered. You need to file a lawsuits against the company that sold you the warranty for misrepresentation. Look for a class action lawsuits.
