I requested my credit report and ended up getting involved with Consumer Info. When they billed my credit card for $9.95, I called them to cancel it. They said they would refund my money.
When no refund came through only more charges, I e-mailed the company for my refund and cancellation. I got a response from
[email protected] and was told to send my e-mail to
[email protected].
I have unsuccessfully tried to send e-mails to that address only to get a response of "page cannot be displayed".
I have been unsuccessful to get a canellation or a refund for the last 8 months.
