OMG!! I can't believe I ever financed a car with these people. My husband fail onto some hard times therefore become late on our car payments. For awhile we were one consistently one onth behind. CPS offered us an extension which we paid $50.00 to get. Now for some reason we are still one month behind, then we find out our extension was not approved.
They are calling my house 15 times a day. Tonight they actually called 8 times within a half hour. They are calling my family and my husbands boss all the time. They call my neighbors, (which I don't even know). I knwo this because I get little notes on my door from the neighbors to call CPS.
My final straw is them calling my house while my husband and I are at work. My 17 year daughter answers the phone. The conversation goes something like this.... They asked for my husband, she advised he is at work, They then ask if she was me. She said no my mom is at work. They asked for her name. she said none of your business. They told her that she better give her name or she would be in trouble. She told them I am not giving my name. Then they said to her that I know this is (my name) she said no it is not. They than said we know that they are there and we are sending someone to your house right now because we know that you are lying. She hung up and called a friend of mine to see what to do...she was very afraid. Something needs to be done about this company. I am totally up for a class action lawsuit. How do we start?
