They bought my Car loan from a bank. there was only two payments left to pay it off. They started harassing me every day with up to six phone calls a day using several call centers. When I did speak to  them  I I told them by law they could not record my phone calls unless I give them permission/ Each person I spoke to became more aggressive.

They all claim they don't know how to turn off the recording! When I paid my car off in full it took 2 and a half months and 5 phone calls lasting at least 15 minutes a piece  to to get my title in the mail.  Now I am not surprised to learn that they never reported the car paid off to any of the credit bureaus.  This car was paid off Nov 24th 2011.

Every one I talked to today Like Cortney and Robyn swear they reported it a long time ago. But, when call the automated line it clearly states I owe them money. They are the most unprofessional jerks you can ever run across. Do not do business with them, they will soon be in legal trouble. Can  say Fair Credit Act?
