I have never in my life experienced a more shady finance company than CPS. Last October and November at my previous job, I would notice tow trucks by my car and when I would go out and get into my car the tow truck driver would start to back up like he was about to tow my car away with me in it.

I was only 3 or 4 days late and they would do this! I really don't see how a company can get away with the things that CPS does. The customer service reps are extremely rude. They are very persistent also.

Some of my former co-workers have called me recently to tell me that this 866 number called looking for me and when they tell them that I no longer work there, they ask for the Human Resources dept.

I guess they were trying to verify if I still worked there or not. The things that they are doing cannot possibly be legal. Someone please let me know if this is legal.
