Consumer Tax Relief, Mike Meeker, Kristen McCracken, Andrea ?, Jasmynne ?, Karen B? I paid this company over $4000 to fix a tax issue.
I paid this Company $4000 to fiix a tax issue for me on 5/25/2012. Since this date, I have had to deal with at least 10 different people, faxing them tax information, social security information, power of Atty, bank statements, credit card statements pay stubs, etc. They acted very professional until one day their phones were disconnected. I eventually tracked them down in New York and again delt with several different people. Since December 2014, I have emailed and called at least 30 times trying to get a response and a update on my tax issue. I can not get a return call!

Now what do we do now that we've been ripped off? Although, I appreciate you coming forward Ms. McCracken you are one if the people I delt with. Todd Davis, Mike Meeker and Ross from the FL. Office need to go to jail along with yourself! I've contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI and you all will eventually get yours

First let me say that as an ex-employee I apologize. I worked for Consumer Tax Relief for just a couple of months. And in that time I saw how just awful they were to people. I was working my butt off all day trying to help people and gathering info that I knew they had already sent in, but because the "loan officers" couldn't keep track of their stuff they asked for it time and time again. I started doing research on my own looking into how I could help these people who just wanted something done, and it got to the point where I would just tell people to call the IRS and set up payments with them or work directly with them because nothing ever got done from the company end. My total time with Consumer Tax Relief was less than 2 months from the very end of Dec 2013 to the first week of Feb 2014, I wasn't the type of person who could knowingly take money from people who were barely getting by to start with. Not to mention the company couldnt even pay their employees on time, we had one girl who acutally had her paycheck bounce. Just an all around horrible business. I know my apologizing doesn't fix what the company has done to you but please know that there were those of us that didn't agree with the way they handled bussiness. If I had known what type of business they were running I would have never taken a position with them. Thus the reason I walked out of their mid shift one day. I hope that you can work with the IRS and find some way to make Consumer Tax Pay for the money they clearly did not earn.

I have located Mike Meeker, I did this on Face book believe it or not. He is the scam artist from consumer tax relief. They now go by the name ofoptima tax. Who can we call? The police and have them arrested? I can be reached at 949-278-3426
