in all honesty, you know that you don't have to click on any link to read the terms and conditions or even to read whether uo are going to be charged on not. i have been through all of these websites and they do not make it a secret if you will be charged or not.just take time to read what you are agreeing into.it's your basic responsibility anyway. and your authorization is right ohn the order form. you were not scammed by the website! you were scammed by your negligence!

It sounds like you have it under control. If not, call this number: 1-888-888-8553--the number to their customer service department. Make sure your membership is cancelled. If you did not receive a refund, your membership is NOT cancelled. Change ALL account information. Change your check, debit, savings and credit card numbers, and inform your bank and credit card companies you have been a victim of fraud, and deceptive selling practices. You are now at risk of being billed ALL OVER AGAIN. They have been known to bill people as much as a FULL YEAR later for the amount of $79.95 If possible alert your bank and credit card services, so that other victims might be helped. Consider accessing www.ftc.gov--the website for the Federal Trade Commission. They have an online Complaint Form available, so that you can report this fraud, and this will in turn help others. They do not respond to individuals, but those Complaint Forms make a difference. Thank you.
