I clicked the banner on www.nada.com's website for a "Free" credit report. I filled out the information and waited. I never received a free credit report or any sort of email or letter from this company. It was not made clear that there will be a charge to my card. This company uses false advertising and should be investigated.

I have read other peoples reports and will be calling the company tomorrow to request a full refund (1-888-888-8553). I will also be joining the class action lawsuit against this company. This is the link to information on that. /Corrupt-Companies/Consumerinfo-com-CIC/class-action-lawsuit-filed-aga-99A6P.htm

I will update this as I find out more information about my situation.

I can't believe it. I just called and found that the money was put back on my credit card. They said 7-10 days and when I called on the 7th day it was there. I hope everyone else is as lucky as I was to get your money back in a resonable amount of time. This company has some serious issues and needs to be looked into by investigators. I feel sorry for all the people that don't review their credit card statements and were taken by these fraudulent people. Good luck to everyone!

Spoke to Doris at station 31 and was assured that I will receive a full refund within 7 to 10 days. Their customer service is a joke. Doris was having a conversation with her co-worker while on the phone with me. Very rude. I said that there was a $79.95 charge to my credit card that I did not authorize. I also said that I did not receive my "Free" credit report, nor did I get any emails or letters from them. I told her I would call back if I did not see the refund in 10 days. I said that I was very skeptical because I know their company is being investigated for credit card fraud. Doris said that all the papers she has seen have shown that they are doing very well and they have many satisfied customers. That goes to show what these con-artists are feeding their employees. I'll be back in 10 days to let you know what happens.
