They sent me a letter stating I had won a lottery drawing. It was for the amount of 39,000.00. Along with the letter was a check for 3,900 which they said would cover the taxes. They gave two names and a phone no. and said I should contact them as soon as I receive this letter. Their names were Mike Ronald and Marta Gibbs and the letter was signed by a Sara Dose whose suppose to be the Vice President.
