On April 29th I signed up to receive a free laptop by completing a list
of advertiser sponsor offers at this

read through gift rules and terms before I signed up. I even saved all
documents/pages I read or used during the whole program. Throughout the
first week I completed almost all required offers but had issues viewing
my gift status online so I contacted them for help. They replied by
sending me the gift rules but no answer to my question. I again sent
another "support ticket" asking my gift status. I
finally received a response. They also gave me the like to go back and
complete more offers so I could fulfill my end of the agreement. I
finally completed all offers on May 14th. I contacted them to verify my
completion. All offers but 2 were accounted for. I again contacted them
asking if I could send the last 2 offers confirmation emails to them.
They replied telling me to send it to their email address. I sent the
emails and contacted them the following week asking if they received the
email. I got no response. The next day I again sent another email. They
sent me the gift rules again. The following day I contacted them asking
again about my gift status and if I failed to complete something due to
no response. They replied saying I was unsubscribed successfully. I
contacted them the following day asking why they unsubscribed me. I got
no response. I have been contacting them almost daily and every time
they close the "support ticket" without replying. Last
week I again contacted them asking for an explanation for why I was
being ignored and that I was in the process of gathering a complaint
against them. They contacted me the next day with yet again the gift
rules. I then contacted them that following day asking about my gift
status and if i broke any rules. Again I received no response. That was
the last time I contacted them, 6-3-10.
I have all "support tickets"; on paper of every time i
contacted them and there replies.
I have all email confirmations on all sponsor offers completed.
I have their Terms and Use and Gift Rules as of the day I signed up.
I have each page that I used to sign up under the sponsor offers. They took a long time to respond saying I would finally
receive a macbook pro. I completed the form they sent me and they said I
would receive a tracking number in about 8 weeks on 6/21/10. I emailed
them on 7/2/10 and asked about the gift status and they'd be shipping it
later in the week. I emailed them again the following week and they
said it was on back order. They have told me it was on back order for
the last 2 weeks and keep saying it will be shipped out next week.
