CBG-Continental Benefits Group....quite the rip-off
Same old story..have damaged credit and recieved phone call at 8:45pm, while half asleep, said yes to a guarenteed credit card, under 14%, minimum 1500$ limit. Then was put on the line with supervisor to verify my information and taped to ensure their butts that they had me. Waited 2 months and after several calls and the infamous, "you have to wait till you get the package", I got the package. It is a giant coupon book that your membership number can save you all kinds of money on services and products. In the back is a sheet to fill out, send back, and after verification, they will farm out to banks that should be interested. I am very disappointed, asked for my money back several times and now have just settled with the fact that I got scammed for 199.95. Learned a lesson, never accept any offer over the phone, hang up on them saying I'm not interested just about every day now.
