There are other companies that offer similar content for less $. I don't recommend this company. Plus, I can't get off their mailing list. Here's my correspondence w/them:

Sorry, but I don’t understand what you’re trying to accomplish here. If you don’t like the postcard that we mail every year or two, why not just recycle it?

Sam Schaperow of CT and Associates continues to troll us on many sites on the internet because he won't just throw our 25 cent postcard in the trash. I question his mental health. He is ostensibly a mental health professional in Connecticut. Samuel Schaperow, MFT, licensed by the Connecticut Dept of Public Health, License number 1110.
