I have really gotten the runaround and no customer service of any type! Part of my original order did not meet my expectations. When I decided to return the portion of my order I E-mailed them and did not get any response for more than a month and a half. When I finally decided to call them they gave me an RGA return number ( otherwise the company will not accept the package ) and mailed the package via Federal Express back to the firm and it was returned back to me. The rejected package was signed by Mr. D. Pinadio. When I informed them about the person that signed the rejection, the company denied that that person worked for them. I asked why the package was returned and they had no idea. Now, they have told me they were going to issue me an approval number for the return pick-up via UPS at the companys expense. I waited a week for the pick-up but UPS never appeared so I contacted UPS and they said the number I had was fictitious. I then called back and have waiting for two weeks for the correct number but their customer service dept. said they have not received approval to give out the number.
I requested to speak with the manager and when I finally got to speak with (Billy) he cut me off twice and the last time told me that I was impatient. I believe that this is the way they operate in order to stall and eventually the customer gives up. I have since reported them to the Better Business Bureau in Calif. WWW.LABBB.ORG about their shady business practices. In the meantime I am out $280.00, so my advice is for people not to order from this company no matter how inexpensive their products may seem, because in the long run, it will end up costing you more.
