Coolest Cooler Ryan Grepper Waiting over 2 years for a product never delivered Want refund NOW! Oregon State Internet
It too would appear as though I have fallen prey to the unscrupulous business practices of Coolest and all around crook Ryan Grepper. I sent in over $269 for the cooler and shipping and handling in July of 2014. As of today 4/13/2016 have recieved nothing, not even a projected shipping date. I requested a refund through the comapny many times and they keep giving me the same runaround they would review that request 2 weeks prior to shipment, a shipment that after 2 years have yet to be able to provide. Please help me get my refund. This is beyond absurd and I hope nobody else falls prey to this abysmal company.
