Terrible - frames came bent - arms were stretched out as thought someone had already worn them. Return policy will only credit you for the frames, not the lenses, plus there is a 30% restocking fee and other charges, postage, etc. They told me to take them to a local optical shop and have them fixed - and why am I supposed to be inconvienced when you sent me a bad frame? Check out Yelp - many other have had exactly the same experience. Stick with Zenni - best prices, they are amazing. GlassesUSA has a great return policy.
