RV Bob
You are not the owner of this company as you stated in this rebuttal. By your reply, I am pretty sure you are one the employees I let go a week earlier for poor conduct, since we "rip off employees". This has no bearing on us or our services, it is just a bias review of a disgruntled ex employee. Our business has been around 30 years and has a strong name in our community. There is no reviews I can find on pissedconsumer.com.

CONSUMER ADVOCATE SUGGESTION to #3934. It was sent by Robert Sokol at [email protected]. COPLEY'S R.V. CENTER EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE CUSTOMER DISSATISFACTION (#3934) For a dealer of a product to refuse to handle warranty is a serious issue. Especially when you have brought in back numerous times for the same repair. I'm not sure about the state law in Florida, but it might fall under the state lemon law. I would suggest that you write certified letters to the dealer and manufacturer. You might even want to consult briefly with an attorney. I was involved in a similar situation a few years ago where warranty was refused. The customer wrote letters that they either wanted to be compensated for all their time along with negotiating a new price on the vehicle now without a warranty, or they want to return the vehicle for a full refund. Very quickly the manufacturer flew a factory technician to the customer to repair all problems.
