FIRST OF ALL,,, COPYSMART HAD ABSOLUTELY NO INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS BUSINESS TRANSACTION!!!
A purchase was made through Copyserve. Sales price was negoitated and agreed upon as well as a service(maintenance)contract.
The service contract clearly states-if the account becomes past due, we have the right to place the account on hold until all outstanding invoices are paid.
The terms and conditions of the contract were upheld by Copyserve. The equipment had some issues, which were addressed in a timely manner, until the account became seriously delinquent.
After serveral attempts in repairing the machine, it was discovered that the machine was not connected to an adequate power supply.
Needless to say, Copyserve sells and services copy equipment. Not electrical service and supply.
Print Solutions neglected their open invoices, at which time Copyserve discontinued service.
I'd like to meet a service provider that continues service,, without receiving payment. Would you do the work???
