STAY AWAY!!! Stay away from this company! They are total ripoffs and do not do what they say they are going to do. They sell you copiers for $1000's and the copiers are complete junk. Originally they make some serve calls after numerous request for service calls, however this does not last very long. They then refuse to service them. It starts out with one excuse after another, ignoring of phone calls, and just continues down hill from that.

CopyServe sold us 2 copiers for $9,000 with promises of great customer care and service. Within days, not weeks, of installation, both copiers continuely broke down and would not work at all. We have not been able to use these copiers for any jobs. When call for a service technician, they promise to send one out, however a technician does not show up for days, if at all. It takes more than one phone call to get any service at all.

CopyServe did acknowledge that the copiers did need to be replaced. However, they replaced the one copier with one that was of lesser value, an older model than the one on the original contract.

Both these copiers STILL do not work. We are left with 2 pieces of junk that no one will service. This is no way to do business and our business cannot operate this way. We have tried time and time again to call Mr. Manis to resolve this issue but he never returns calls. When we did eventually get hold of Copyserve, they have now totally negated our contract and refuse to service these copiers. We are left with no choice but to file this complaint against them and to take further action.

FIRST OF ALL,,, COPYSMART HAD ABSOLUTELY NO INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS BUSINESS TRANSACTION!!! 

A purchase was made through Copyserve.  Sales price was negoitated and agreed upon as well as a service(maintenance)contract.

The service contract clearly states-if the account becomes past due, we have the right to place the account on hold until all outstanding invoices are paid.

The terms and conditions of the contract were upheld by Copyserve.  The equipment had some issues, which were addressed in a timely manner, until the account became seriously delinquent. 

After serveral attempts in repairing the machine, it was discovered that the machine was not connected to an adequate power supply. 

Needless to say, Copyserve sells and services copy equipment.  Not electrical service and supply.

Print Solutions neglected their open invoices, at which time Copyserve discontinued service. 

I'd like to meet a service provider that continues service,, without receiving payment.  Would you do the work???
