Cordell Funding LLLP, Jac Pomeranz, Frank Mullisk, Ed Harrison Took large upfront refundable fee for a loan, changed the terms of the loan and refused to refund the fee. these guys collect fees and do not do loans as described in commitments. Oyster Bay New York
Jac Pomeranz and Frank Mullisk both promised to refund upfront fee for loan. They changed the loan structure at the last minute making the loan terms impossible to obtain or achieve, and then refused to refund outstanding b alance of deposit. Never did they produce accounting for the same. The agreement was for them to refund deposit if we did not proceed. These guys are only a fee group who promise things that they never intend to produce. They run with Ed Harrison and others who claim expertise and have been proven to be frauds. These guys will suck you in and then screw you out of upfront fees.
