Corporate Registry Solutions Inc. Online Fraud through Internet Montreal, Quebec
I found the Company's name through the Google. I found the Corporate Registery charges very nominal for incorporation of Company in Ontario. I, through their web site, filled out the information which was required for making the company on June 25, 2010 with the name "Zabco Limited". Paid the fee 104.98 (99.99 + GST) through the Interacc payment option. Same day I got the reply from Jose Nino to pay the balance amount which was CAD 380/- for Govt fee and name search fee which I paid again on the same day through interacc. I got their confirmation about receiving of my payment on June 28th,2010. I was told that the payment is received and they will update me through the e-mail. It's been one week now, as per their commitment they are supposed to provide me all the documents. I sent a few emails last week but I didn't get any reply. I also called at their toll free number and there is answering machine. Today July 5th, 2010 I tried to contact them many times by sending many e-mails but I didn't get any reply. I got suspicious and when checked about the review then came to know that this is a fraud company. Report: #598656 is very clear. Is there any government department who is checking about these companies which take the money and do not reply to their customer?
