I have a buncha emails between me and him where he keeps giving me differant information almost each time. Until he finally cancled my order and dispite me emailing him back all our conversations, he denies ever shipping or receiving payment. I have not gotten my money back yet though I am going to take action and a full blown investigation will become of this. There isn't really anything to investigate. I'll win.

I am the owner of Cosmates, Hiroshi Hashimoto. This report was reported long time ago, Therefore it is very difficult to investigate the detail of this trouble now (in 2013). And we think this trouble might have been resolved after this. (Though she did not report it.) Anyway, we have more than 30,000 customers now, and almost all the customers have not had such an experience. We believe that there is some misunderstaing.
