CosmicRay Music Produtions Purposely Deceptive Description, Pictures One Thing, Ships Another! Shreveport Louisiana
We went to Ebay to purchase a drum machine. The item read, "Alesis SR-16 Drum Machine and the Roland MC-303 Groove Box all in one place, $69.95." What we received was a CD. A CD that can't be used for anything and is illegally copied. There is a picture of the drum machine listed as well. So we thought, just like some others, that we were receiving a drum machine. Yes, there were other complaints just like ours, but Ebay did not make them change their listing. This is a prime example of the old "bait and switch". I have reported this to Ebay and to Paypal. We all know that neither of them will do anything.
Oh, I almost forgot, this company does not accept returns. If a company can not stand behind their product, then don't buy from them. I have certainly learned my lesson to read the description very carefully concerning the product, return policy and check all complaints PRIOR to buying on Ebay.
