Cost Effective Marketing CEM did not deliver anything they promised or even returned emails or phone calls, scammed us. Rancho Santa Margarita, California
We contracted with CEM (Cost Effective Marketing) in April 2010. The owner of the business is Ivan Moreno and his wife Erryn, and they were going to make marketing calls and set appointments for our agency. We paid in full, over $4,500 but never received any information regarding calls or appointments. No responses to emails or phone calls. We have been scammed and I wouldn't want this to happen to any other businesses or people. DO NOT use them.
