We ordered an entertainment center on 2/28/2005 with 6-8 week of delivery as stated online.

After a few days we got email saying that it would take 10-12 weeks. We asked for expedited delivery to no avail. Costco agreed to give us a $500 refund for the delay.

We received the entertainment center after 6 months from order. When the installers came they found that the bottom of the TV stand was missing from the package.

We contacted costco and we were told that it would be expedited.

It was deliverd to us January 6 2006! The installers started unpacking only to find that parts were broken, and the TV stand was MISSING!

We gave up on that entertainment center and asked for an exchange but COSTCO refused. We than asked for a full refund. Costco refunded only the difference, (we did not get the money yet as of 2/17/2006). Costco will not give us any compensation for the whole thing even though they had our money for a year!

By the way, Costco is rated as one of the worst Online stores. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROPM COSTCO ONLINE!
