Complaint Review: Country financial reviews - Bloomington Illinois

I feel country financial sucks. Take in mind while you're reading this report that I am 51 years old and I have not had a moving violation or an accident in over 33 years. My character behind the wheel is hard to compare to many circus clowns that are on the freeway.

Back on November 24, 2013 a kid by The name of Mathew P Frank Driving his parents Toyota Corolla hit the rear of my Mercedes. I was at a complete stop at a red light and he was not paying attention to what he was doing playing with his cell phone smashed into the back of my car.

Fortunately for me I was smart enough to call the police and give them his license plate number. Which is ALZ3845 After he got out of his car and come up to me by the way his parents car and begged me to not call the police. 

We pulled into a gas station and fortunately for me once again I got a picture with my phone of his insurance card. I went into the gas station to get a soda why he still was begging me to not call the police which I had already done. 

After I came out of the gas station's door I seen the police rollup when I came out there this is a little punk kid drove off Before the cops arrived.

I am sure that Julie Frank and Donald Frank Are unhappy with this child's behavior. They should be lucky I'm not posting their physical address or their phone number. 

So I call up Diane Torres at 1-855-763-7537 To find out how I'm going to get my car fixed. I was told that I can bring the car to the repair shop and that they would supply a rental car for me to drive during the time my car was getting repaired. Now take note I bought this car from the Penske automotive dealership in north Scottsdale This used Mercedes was setting in the showroom of their dealership it didn't have any physical damage done to it all.

The Penske automotive group is a very well-known dealership around the planet and they do not put wholesale cars in their showrooms.

So I get a car from enterprise Rent-A-Car and I driving during the time my car was being repaired. There was two areas of damage done to my vehicle the rear bumper and the upper aft end of my trunk lid. Diane says that she's not going to repair the truck damage to my car. This guy by the name of Dan who has a phone number of 1-601-321-7870 Says that my car is had some previous damage to it and he's not going to pay for the repair of the visual damage that's been done to the paint of my car.

So next I called guy by the name of Greg at 1-855-843-3571 And he basically does the same thing blows me off and tells me to go away.

If you were thinking about buying car insurance I would highly recommend that you not buy from this company because they do not care about the victims of their clients. 

Hope like h*** you do not get hit by anybody from country financial insurance. I personally believe that will leave you under the bus, Just so they can keep the money. Even a guy by the name of Chad Wells at 1-309-821-2626 Does not return phone call Because I believe he does not care.

If you go to Google and Google ( Country financial reviews ) Guess what pops up on the first page of a Google search. When that happens trust me I do not do business with those companies.

Julie Frank and Donald Frank both of you SHOULD to be ashamed of yourselves to have a kid that's willing to drive away from the scene of an accident. The vehicle identification number to the car that hit me is the following 1NXBR32EX4Z193924. 

I posted the vehicle identification number of the car that hit me if  anybody does a Google search regarding that the number they will know that that car has been smashed in the front end. It will also help this report to be picked up by Google. 

Next it's time for me to post pictures. If you are even thinking of buying car insurance please think twice about buying car insurance from country financial. I feel they suck canal water and they do not care about the victims better hit by their clients. I feel that many people that work there are programmed to ignore claims.

And get this insurance company wants me to eat the last few days of the enterprise Rent-A-Car bill thanks a lot country Financial. I feel the above people mentioned in this report suck.

And just think they put me in a Kia Optima a 2014 that makes that noise that a busted chainsaw running inside of an empty coffee can. They tell you they're going to put you in something comparable to what you drive maybe like a Nissan Maxima or Toyota Avalon and look at what I have to drive
