Country Wide Mortgage they where not paying my home taxes or house ins. Olkamma California
Country wide is a major promble. We have our home insurance and taxes taken out. Last year I received a letter that our house insurnace was cancelled, because of no payment was made. I called my home insurnace comp. they stated that Country Wide never payed them. So I called the mort.comp. they stated that they will send out a payment in a couple of weeks. In the meantime I had no home insurnace for two weeks because of Country Wide.
This December I also received a letter from Country Wide Mort. saying that I had to Payed an extra $66.oo a month because I didn't have enough in my esscrow acount to pay my home taxes in .Also I had to payed extra $44.oo a month in case of home taxes going up. I called the town of BArnstable, they stated to me that my home taxes where not going up, also my home taxes where not payed for April of 2007 I found this out in Jan 08 and that I had late fees and ect. I explain to them that it comes out of my mort. they stated to me called Country Wide Mort.
I called them and they said that they will sent out the taxes. Once again I was told by Counrty Wide my Mort payment is going to be higher because they had to payed for April taxes of 2007. I feel that I'm getting rip off from them. They never payed for April 07 taxes so why should I have to payed extra for that year because they siad I had no money in my esscrow. So now they payed and say I owe more because they had to payed my taxes , also Counrty Wide liedto me they said my taxes went up. The town said no they didn't and they didn't payed for April taxes. Please help I heard that Bank of America will be taking over.
