This is just a case of "sour grapes". How often is it that a disgruntled employee of a legitimate company goes after the company and the individuals that gave him/her the opportunity in the first place? I think it's more often than not. But, for someone to maliciously slander the organization and its owner with false allegations, such as "pulling funds from peoples accounts without authorization" is going way beyond a simple employer/employee disagreement or misunderstanding, which is what this was. Firstly, CountryWide Debt Solutions (http://www.cwdsi.com) has been around for more than 2 years and has helped consumers in debt all around the country in an honest and satisfactory manner. Secondly, and most important, consumer payments targeted for settled debts are held in escrow by NoteWorld (http://www.noteworld.com), an established and secure financial services firm. Consumer funds held in CountryWide Debt Solutions' accounts at NoteWorld are stored in a secure database in escrow in the named account of the consumer. No access to escrowed funds is possible. Unauthorized withdrawal is strictly, legally and technically impossible. Therefore, SMR2004 is either misinformed or lying to cover his own failure to succeed in this business. Further, while CountryWide Debt Solutions, Inc. may have at one time considered mortgage modification, those plans were soon abandoned in light of the country's economic fallout and mortgage crisis. It is a known fact that Banks are not doing mortgage modification unless the mortgagee is in forclosure. A consumer that is in forclosure has bigger fish to fry than debt settlement, which is the principal and currently only business of CountryWide Debt Solutions. Again, this is just a case of "sour grapes" and it's a shame that this individual had to go to the lengths of discrediting a hard-working company and their employees that have helped thousands of people get out of debt.
