This company threaten my family life for no reason life.

This ia a complaint which is also my complaint that is on the BBB.org website

The company grade is an F:

We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

Complaint:

Some complainants allege vehicles financed through this company are unjustly repossessed, and the company does not provide assistance to owners attempting to recover their vehicles. Others allege the company agreed to payment arrangements to bring past due amounts current, then repossesed vehicles before payment deadline dates. A few customers reportedly experience difficulties with resolving billing disputes, or allege the company submits false information concerning their payment history to credit reporting agencies. The company responds to complaints by offering explanations for their actions, removing information from credit reports, or in a few cases by disputing the allegations. Other complaints are addressed by providing necessary paperwork, or, in one case, by requesting additional information to investigate the claim. One complaint remains unanswered.

They will not give you an address, I did find this one on the Internet along with this complaint:

These IDIOTS will lie to others, to their customers, and are very quick to THREATEN them as well. HIGH rates, UNFOUNDED claims, and anything else goes with this group!! STAY AWAY!!!

County Financial Services takes notes from others

#2Consumer Suggestion

Hi, I see you have wrote last year, but I am sure the problem is still felt in your househome due to it. So maybe you would like to know what you and others need to know to protect your rights, and your money. Lenders like these take advantage of people by intimation of the lack of knowledge to your rights by making all things look legal, and binding. However, they take notes from other lenders, or bottom feeders as I like to call them. It is about the number...the number of people who will be willing to lay suit and use "Breach of Contract" to aid them to force lenders hands under US Code Title 17. Like County Financial Services are good for adding extras to one's policy without your written consent, such as a LDW..or a Loss Damage Wavier and add that cost of the policy to your balance, then change your car payment to cover the cost of a wavier you didn't ask for in that new updated payment plan. Those the goal is to force them to be fined for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Acts, first use the breach of contract to prove they acted without due or jusification. Then when that is done, you can file a Class Action Lawsuit in civil court, and make sure that you list the order of violation, such as "breach of contract on the party of County Financial Services created all other actions on the companies party to fall into the illegally proformance and collections on a voided contract, and all collections made under false pretentence thereafterward is violation in the Fair Debt Collections because they are no longer allow to collection on a void contract. You just can't prove it the other way, but this is how the one that is coming up is going to be handled in Las Vegas, NV in this year of 2006. So if you feel let down, and your rights not met, then it might have been you never talked to me before. Well Good luck and let me know if this helped.
