Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I've been dealing with the company for several years now.Our relationship has been very stressful.I honestly was looking forward to paying off my debt with them .They have been very rude and constantly harassing .They never called me but they religiously call my friend and disclosed personal information with her.It got to the point where she requested to be taken off of there list and they first lied and said they would and then later refused. We requested to speak with a supervisor and they always claimed they were the supervisor. They constantly hung the phone up in my face. They even told me that the reason for the use of disrespectful language was because I was late with my payment( I was 1 month late). I eventally made a payment arrangement with them and they informed me that it was okay. The arrangement was for me to make a payment on 11/15/08 in the amount of 500.00 dollars which was agreed upon by this company. On 11/14/08 upon my returning home I discovered the my car was repossess.I tried calling the company but received no assistance (my account and phone number comes up on their caller ID,they continued to hang up the phone).I had to drive 45 miles away from my home and pay 90buck to obtain my belongings out of my car and not to mention the tow yard charges 40bucks per day(did I mention I could not get through to county financial to find out where the car was I had to call my police department).

Well when I finally spoke with them (a week later),they stated that they never heard of a payment arrangement and it was not in their notes(?). I was told I had to pay 1,200 dollars in back pay(the back pay was 500dollars=fee's I was 1 mos and 10days late) and fee's + what ever the tow yard charges in order to get my car back( it was a 2000 dodge neon w/150.000 miles. The car is only worth about 800bucks and I've already put in 5,000 dollars). So at this point the ball is in thier court and my credit is totally screwed. This is a horrible company that preys on people with poor credit. We the consumers need to come together on this company and put them to complete a hault!

Sincerely upset,

A single mom
