I paid for a subscription and when I needed to use it, it wouldnt let me in when I put my userid in and my password. I didnt use it for awhile and when I did it sent a page and it is no longer in use.

Well just today I tryed it again and never could get on line with them. When I did use the site when I first got it, you had to pay more for other information. When they stated that there was a 1 time payment for all there sites on there website but you had to pay more on the other.

To me they need to be put out of buisness so they dont take people for a ride. Its not fair to the consumers that have spent money for there services and dont live up to it. Its a scam and I will never do that again. They take the money and run with it and they should pay a pentaly, for that.

I had saved my confirmation number or ticket number when I paid for it with my credit card. I need to know who I need to make contact with in the law suit. Also there was a write up on this in the Columbus First Newspaper and the Attorney General Marc Dann State Files Suit Against Courtsonline.org

You have 60 days for a CC chargeback.... don't you?

The CC people are usually very helpful- just document your reasons for requesting the chargeback (refund). Some CC support the filing of chargeback complaints on-line which means your complaint is almost instantaneous.
