The initial site allows you to (for example)search police records for a specific individual. It indicates there is information on the database regarding police records for that person; however, you can only access it if you are a member. Subsequently, if you really want that information you decide to become a member and pay the one time fee for unlimited access to information.

I became a member. My access to the records was denied because I was not a member. Hmmm, but I had just paid for the membership. There was no error for my e mail address and password. Curious.

I believe I have been ripped off by the deceitful practices of courtsonline. No wonder you can't join if you are a member of law enforcement. Essentially, they are just a search engine for other links that cost money.

If I would have checked this web site first I would not have been ripped off. Guess I padded their accounts like many others have. They are probably having a cocktail right now and laughing at the people who purchased a membership. How rude.

You obviously paid with a Credit Card, right?

You can dispute the charge with the CC company. It's very simple. If it was a Check/Debit card, just call the bank and file a dispute. Tell them you didn't receive the product/service you paid for. Don't just let them get away with it!!!
