I was on this website and purchased two pairs of Christian Louboutin heels and the website said that shipping would be between 3-5 business days. I made this purchase about...3 saturdays ago. After a week, i decided to go online and contact them about why my shoes have not arrived and to see what the status of delivery was. I went back on to the website and there was no number provided to reach them. However, they did have an email address, so i sent them an email in regards to my purchase.

The next morning i checked my email i had an email from "mailer daimon" saying that my message could not be delivered because that email address does not exist. How can i contact them if i can't even get a hold of them?? I also typed their website into google to see if there were any reviews about this website and i found a review from a woman who said she was cheated of her money and had the same problem as i, and she made her order over 8 months ago, still with no shoes. This is FRAUD! The site even specifies that it is part of Yahoo!, and yahoo is supposed to be a safe website and monitor what transactions are made.

This customer was emailed and given a phone call in a timely manner. They were advised with a time frame of when the items would be shipping with an expected arrival date. Products were being shipped out when we said they would be. This customer filed a chargeback with their CC company shortly after the goods were packed and ready to dispatch. With my experience with customers in the past and communicating with them regarding their orders this customer never had any intention of paying for their goods. Filing a chargeback knowing goods were being shipped, just glad we caught it in time before they left the building. We receive emails everyday from customers so I'm not sure where they were sending emails but it wasn't to us. She could of requested a refunded.
